Stephenson Equipment Inc’s JCB customers with LiveLink compatible machines are supported by a team of Product Managers, Service Managers, and service technicians. Once your JCB machine is delivered, a SEI JCB Product Manager will be available to schedule your LiveLink training. Stephenson JCB Product Managers will be your go-to guide for technical support to help you get the full benefits of LiveLink. 

For machine servicing, contact your local SEI dealer’s Service Manager. SEI Service Managers have access to your machine’s data through LiveLink; so they can see, what you see. This allows SEI’s service team to know exactly what your machine needs and get it operational faster. By taking advantage of the YellowShieldTM extended warranty and service package; your local SEI Service Manager will receive notifications for all of your machine’s upcoming service appointments and error codes; which allows them to reach out to you when your machine needs fixed.
